The Power of Crystals
Crystals are formed within the earth in many varieties and colours. Throughout history they have been used in jewellery, state regalia and even ground down to create prescious paint pigments. Crystals have amplifying, absorbing and other properties or functions, and each particular type of crystal or mineral can be used as a key to access specific energies, for healing, meditation, protection, understanding and many more uses.
Crystal can be used to balance the Chakra. 'Chakra' is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or vortex, and we have 7 master chakras or energy points running from our head to the base of our spine. These Chakra points are The Crown , Brow/Third eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral/Navel and Base chakras. Each chakra has a color, and usually stones of corresponding colors are placed there. When any of these points become blocked through emotional issues such as stress, anxiety, anger etc, they can they can manifest as physical problems. Crystals, placed on these points, dissolve blockages before they become physical by helping to re-establish a healing, creative flow, allowing us to cleanse, activate and align these subtle energies.
