Aragonite
Aragonite is a honey-colored carbonate mineral similar in appearance to Citrine. It gets its name from the Aragon region of Spain, one of the many locations it can be found in. It can occur in a variety of colours ranging from white, gray, colourless, yellow, pale blue, violet, or brown.
Aragonite is a grounding stone. It has a calming and stabilizing effect at times of emotional turmoil, such as anger and stress. It encourages patience, and is especially helpful when one feels overwhelmed with responsibility. It stabilises the base chakra, and strengthens connection with the earth.
